means this time we r working on our physical fitness, better health physical strength(go for jogging or gym or.. physical workout (yoga)..all things make..as .we'll look physically and mentally developed
# 2.Commercial Hours(9 am to 9 pm..):-...means
You or we are working on how to earn money (by our profession or other ways or how to make grow your money or you can make money.(discover the sources of earnings money).. how to mange money , invest money, and work on .that's ....
# 3 Pure Devotional Hours(9pm to 0 hour(mind night) means..these hours devoted to your dearest one( I.e like you).. or loves one or your half universe or female pair or your family...........grow your faith,..love..., and build up strong bond between two soul...+.. grow beauty of life 😊😊.
# 4 Liberation Hours(0 hour to 5 am) hours-free hour.... n meditation hour... take sleep in the from of meditation ..
By-hours to act like karmayogi ...After 1,2,5.10,20 ..+ years ..our worldly prosperity and spiritual progress 'll possible ......n we will balanced develop In real life, real strength,real internal growth will be possible....😊.....that the clear solution of better quality of life..n meaningful , beautiful life...
